The Hittite Palace-Temple Administrative Corpus reveals a wealth of economic-administrative documents from the Hittite capital, Hattusa, with the recent edition nearly doubling the number of texts. Notably, the corpus emphasizes durable goods rather than staple products. This work examines the unique features of the corpus, suggesting it reflects an economic administration aimed at fostering local agricultural programs through elite influence. It includes detailed analyses, an analytical glossary, and a case study on wealth comparison, while also evaluating the economic aspects of Hittite religious expenditures.
