It contrasts the traditional self-sufficient system with the new one that mandates accountability and empowers these leaders. The research aims to evaluate their performance and inspire tribal panchayat presidents to pursue empowerment, echoing the vision of Swami Vivekananda. The findings intend to awaken their commitment to achieving this goal.
