Viac o knihe
The complex relationship between Eleanor Roosevelt and her mother-in-law, Sara Delano Roosevelt, reveals a nuanced dynamic that has often been oversimplified in biographical accounts. While Eleanor is celebrated for her transformation into a civil rights advocate and a role model for women, the influence of her demanding mother-in-law has been underexplored. This book delves into how Eleanor's portrayal of their relationship evolved over time, shedding light on the personal struggles behind her public persona.
