This is an independent fundamental research in physics introducing the reform of modern physics. In 1996-2005, it was published in parts in scientific journals; in 2007 it was printed privately in Britain and registered in the British Library; in 2008 it was registered at the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress. The book contains 129 pages size A5. It is intendent for professional physicists and would be of interest to scientists and students in general.
