Originally published in 1987 as The Turner Collection in the Clore Gallery. The Clore Gallery provides a permanent home for Turner's bequest to the nation of 136 years before. This book provides a readable and accessible introduction to the display, and includes an account of the collection of works on paper, together with a guide to the use of the study room in which they can be examined by the public.
