Viac o knihe
To research this book, James Mackay combed every possible source from reference books to auction catalogues and art and antique journals, as well as personally visiting museums, institutions and collections, public and private. The result is this classic work of reference listing 8,430 artists who contributed to the art of casting in bronze from the 18th century to 1960. It has, without doubt, become the standard reference on a fascinating subject. This comprehensive book will enable collectors, dealers and students to identify bronzes bearing a signature.
