Mr O'Driscoll was the last owner of the house where Felix's mother is caretaker and he was rumoured to be very rich. When O'Driscoll's descendants decide to sell the island, and in doing so deprive Felix's family of a home, the children race against time to search for O'Driscoll's treasure.
