When Matthew Cosgrave was acquitted of a crime, he felt that he could put his past behind him and look ahead to the future. Twenty years later, he has done just that. His only grief is the death of his daughter. Matthew returns to Blackport for a reunion where he realises that someone else is trying to raise old ghosts.
