This edited collection is the result of a comparative project on 'Voices at Work,' funded by the Leverhulme Trust from 2010 to 2013. It explores the complex concept of worker 'voice' and its interactions with various legal frameworks. Contributors examine the continuity and potential changes in legal approaches to voice across industrialized English-speaking common law countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. These nations, facing similar regulatory challenges, have often adapted legal mechanisms from each other.
