A vicious band of Blackfeet Indians attacks two homesteads along the Yellowstone River, leave bloody wreckage and take two white women. After his patrol is almost wiped out, Second Lieutenant Bret Hollister is betrayed by the survivors of his unit, stripped of his rank and forced to resign from the army in shame. But he hasn’t forgotten about the two women. Bret and old trapper and army scout Nate Coldiron set off together on a rescue mission.
