The Nudes of God

Viac o knihe

James Barfoot’s first collection of poetry, carefully honed and selected from his life’s body of work, reveals a fresh perspective on women, sexuality, and divinity. In superbly crafted verse, he explores multiple facets of relationships, sex, the universe, and, of course, God. This volume reveals the author’s belief that each time a woman is about to be understood, she offers a new glimpse of her self, another layer of limitless profundity. These poems, many of which are deliciously explicit, reveal the highly principled reverence which underlies Barfoot’s central themes.
