I sit having confronted my darkest parts, as much as I know how. These are words, thoughts and beliefs that differ from my father’s that I use to live by. For the first time they are mine and writing this book was the next step for me. What is the next step for you? No one teaches us how to deal with the feelings that come up, or the emotions that keep us frozen in place. This book, will help you learn why feelings comes up, where they come from, and how to overcome them. THOSE feelings are what keep us from the life we want. I am not a perfect person, parent, friend, or coach, but I have forgiven myself and accepting my darkness gave me that.
