The book is divided into three ¡§Telephone Consulting,¡¨ ¡§Telephone communications¡¨ and ¡§Appendix¡¨. ¡§Telephone Consulting¡¨ has expressions for situations such as ticket confirmation, hotel reservations and transportation booking. ¡§Communication on Telephone¡¨ has expressions for situations such as special occasion greetings and appointment cancellation.
