As Spider-Man, Peter Parker has faced numerous shocks in his life, including the tragic deaths of his uncle Ben and girlfriend Gwen Stacy, as well as the revelation that his wife, Mary Jane, knew his secret identity long before he confessed. However, nothing could prepare him for the shocking possibility of a long-lost sister. This unexpected revelation brings further complications: his sister is a formidable super-villainess named Pity, allied with the manipulative Gentleman, who orchestrated the deaths of Peter's parents. Together with notorious villains like Doctor Octopus, Electro, the Vulture, and Mysterio, they form a new version of The Sinister Six, intent on destroying Spider-Man. As he grapples with the dual challenge of saving Pity and thwarting the Sinister Six's world-threatening plans, Peter turns to the super-spy organization S.A.F.E. and its unpredictable director, Colonel Sean Morgan, for assistance. Despite the support of his high-tech allies, Spider-Man realizes that stopping the Sinister Six from exacting their revenge may be more difficult than he ever imagined.
