Covers general problems of private international law, the conflict rule and its application, people, property, contracts, unjust enrichment, intellectual property, succession, families, and labor. The first English edition was published in 1987; the second is translated from the fourth edition of Nezetk÷zi magßnjog Ts nemzetk÷zi gazdasßgi kapscolatok joga published by Nemzeti Tank÷nyvkiad= in 1997.
