Oxford Reading Tree Robins are designed for competent readers, providing practice with longer and more complex narratives. The latest packs feature updated covers and story text aligned with the New Edition Oxford Reading Tree. The characters and storylines reflect everyday life at home, school, and in the community, suitable for Stages 6-10 and matched to Book Bands for convenience. Each pack contains six stories along with a Teaching Notes booklet. This 24-page booklet, the same size as the pupil books, facilitates classroom management. It includes a Vocabulary Chart with Year 1 high-frequency and context words, and a Curriculum Coverage Chart detailing activities and outcomes for England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales. Each story comes with specific notes and suggested activities emphasizing comprehension. There are sections for Group and Independent Reading Activities, Speaking and Listening Activities, and Writing, each linked to relevant NLS Objectives.
