Bridging The Gap To Postmodern Generation

Viac o knihe

We must move forward! The power of God is enormous. Whatever the dangers we face when we dynamically engage our postmodern culture, the dangers of escape are greater still. Once we adopt a posture of escape, we agree with our defeat. A youth leader on the defensive is a leader without vision. The people of our culture today need us more than ever. Our battle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). We have no combat to fight with the people in our society. They are the victims of our true enemy. We cannot and should not construct ghetto communities to protect ourselves against postmodernism. Only when we advance toward postmoderns in love do we develop the mental and spiritual strand we need to live victoriously for God.
