Při jedné lodní plavbě byl ukraden záhadný klíč neznámého původu. Jeden z cestujících, Cromwell Stone, posléze zjistí, že všechny, kdo na palubě byli, kdosi systematicky likviduje. Tak začíná neuvěřitelné pátrání, jehož cílem je nejen najít zloděje, ale také zjistit, co je onen podivný předmět zač... Trilogie Cromwell Stone je jedním z mistrovských děl Andrease, komiksového tvůrce narozeného v Německu, který ale tvoří většinou ve Francii a již dlouho žije v Bretani. Andreas Andreas, celým jménem Andreas Martens, se narodil 3. ledna ve východoněmeckém Weissenfelsu. Studoval výtvarné umění nejprve v Düsseldorfu, ale mezi lety 1973 a 1976 pak v Belgii. Poté začal spolupracovat s časopisy, hlavně Le Journal de Tintin a A Suivre. Nějakou dobu žil v Paříži, ale nyní je doma v Bretani. Proslul experimentálností, precizností a rozmáchlostí příběhů a ság, jež ve svých komiksových románech buduje a splétá. Kromě působivé lovecraftovské trilogie Cromwell Stone patří mezi jeho nejznámější díla série Rork, Cyrrus nebo Capricorne; účastnil se také na tvorbě megasérie Donžon.

Zwei grundlegende Perspektiven organisationspädagogischer Theoriebildung bilden den Gegenstand des Bandes: solche, die organisationspädagogische Fragestellungen mittels Rückgriff auf Theorien anderer disziplinärer Herkunft (Soziologie, Managementwissenschaft, Psychologie) beantworten und jene, die dieses im Anschluss an eine pädagogische Theorietradition unternehmen. Das organisationspädagogische Kernthema – organisationales Lernen im engen Sinne – wird hierbei ebenso angesprochen wie auch die damit verbundenen Aspekte der Teilbereiche Organisationsberatung, Organisations- und Personalentwicklung, Führungskräfteentwicklung, Qualitätsentwicklung, Diversitätsmanagement, Partizipationsentwicklung und Evaluation organisationalen Lernens. Neben der Adressierung organisationspädagogischer Teilfragen wird auch eine grundlegende Theoretisierung von „Organisation“ aus organisationspädagogischer und erziehungswissenschaftlicher Perspektive geleistet.

This thesis focuses on Environmental Policy Integration (EPI), a key concept in European Environmental Policy aimed at enhancing environmental considerations in decision-making. Existing research primarily addresses sectoral environmental policies and their integration into other sectors, neglecting the evaluation of physical outcomes from societal and cross-sectoral interactions. This work aims to address these gaps by arguing that EPI fundamentally seeks to transform society's relationship with the environment. To improve EPI's effectiveness, it emphasizes the need to understand the factors and actors that shape the physical environment in the EU. Additionally, it assesses how these dynamics incorporate environmental considerations and their impact on environmental outcomes. Utilizing a framework grounded in critical realism and a strategic-relational approach, the study reconstructs actor-context interactions regarding water use development through a case study in the Algarve, covering the period from Portugal's EU accession in 1986 to early 2004. It investigates the role of environmental considerations in water use development, identifies instances where the environment was inadequately addressed, and explores the reasons behind this oversight. The thesis concludes with a concise set of recommendations for enhancing EPI.
