Anglické slovo henge (čítaj hendž) znamená kruhovú stavbu, megalitický monument určený na rituálne účely, spojený s uctievaním Slnka najmä počas dní slnovratov. Medzi najznámejšie takéto objekty patrí záhadný anglický Stonehenge, ku ktorému dosiaľ prúdia davy turistov a vyznávačov starých pohanských kultov.
