Catel Muller, absolventka Štrasburskej školy dekoratívnych umení, začala svoju kariéru ilustráciami pre detské knihy. Jej práca zahŕňa desiatky ilustrovaných diel a tiež bestseller pre tínedžerov. Od roku 2000 sa zameriava na dospelé publikum a skúma životy silných ženských postáv, často prostredníctvom grafických románov. Jej diela sa vyznačujú starostlivým zobrazením historických a kultúrnych osobností, čím čitateľom ponúka pútavý pohľad na ich životné príbehy a odkaz.
