    Lawrence du Garde Peach bol plodným anglickým autorom, ktorý sa preslávil najmä svojimi historickými knihami pre deti v edícii Ladybird. Jeho práca v tejto sérii, ktorá mala cez 30 zväzkov, predstavovala pútavý spôsob, ako mladým čitateľom priblížiť históriu. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning.
