When a greedy king rules a fairy tale land, it is bad. But when that king takes all the water from the wells, streams, and rivers just to hoard even more, it is a horror beyond imagination, even in a fairy tale. Trees die, fields dry up, there is no trace of grass, only dust and desert everywhere. People must pay dearly to the king for every drop of water. Who knows if the Cloud, which flew into that unfortunate kingdom to visit his old friend the frog Rositta, will manage to quench the people's thirst and save the land from drought! Will he be helped by the little orphan Hadrnička, the chimney sweep Sazínek, and the painter Ultramarín to find the locked spring and return water to the river?
