Osho's declaration of human rights outlines ten fundamental points. The first is the right to life. The second, love, is deemed equally important. The third emphasizes that life, love, and death are the three most significant aspects of existence. Everyone should have the basic right to leave their body after reaching a certain age when they feel they have lived long enough. The fourth point is the pursuit of truth. The fifth highlights the importance of educational systems that foster an environment for meditation, which is presented as a purely scientific understanding of oneself, free from religious affiliation. The sixth point advocates for comprehensive freedom. The seventh asserts that we inhabit one planet and belong to a single human community. The eighth recognizes the uniqueness of each individual. The ninth proposes a world government, and the tenth endorses meritocracy, stating that democracy has failed.
