A stolen kiss, an old mansion full of secrets, and a great love in turbulent times… England, 1926. The Forbes family gathers at their country house, Eden Hall, in Surrey. This year, however, everything is different: Daisy, the youngest of the three daughters, discovers that her beloved father is having an affair. To her shock and disappointment, she is to spend the holidays with the woman involved. Soon, Daisy finds herself facing even more pressing matters as she receives a marriage proposal from one man, another professes his everlasting love, and a third steals her first kiss.
