Delving into Prague's architectural history, this study demonstrates how it covers twelve centuries of the art of building. Within this volume, many houses are detailed inside as well as out, revealing Romanesque spaces that survive below ground in many Old Town structures while most of the ground floors still follow the Gothic layouts.
