It identifies effective dielectric modification layers that facilitate optimal semiconductor growth, paving the way for large-area organic circuitry. Additionally, insights gained from organic semiconductors are applied to improve the conductivity of carbon nanotube networks, leading to reduced sheet resistance and potential applications in transparent electrodes for optoelectronics.
