Viac o knihe
Exploring the intersection of photography and mortality, the book delves into the political dimensions of obscenity through the lens of images depicting dead bodies. Auchter presents a genealogy that examines societal norms and values surrounding such representations, challenging readers to consider the implications of viewing death in visual culture. By interrogating the boundaries of what is deemed acceptable, the work invites a deeper understanding of the politics inherent in the act of photographing death.
