Shalako, a brooding white man, possesses the cunning of an Indian. He trusts nothing more than his weapon and his horse. Now, this wandering cowboy is set to cross the desolate Sonoran Desert alone, a territory dominated by Apaches. However, his path unexpectedly intersects with a group of European hunters and a beautiful, defenseless woman in distress.
