Ari Rath's memoir offers a deeply personal account of his life as a Jewish immigrant, detailing his experiences during significant historical events such as the Anschluss and his escape to Palestine in 1938. He shares the challenges of kibbutz life and his involvement with the Zionist youth movement in the USA, as well as his contributions to the establishment of Israel and the Haganah's activities.
