In India, the author had the revelation of the lost continent of Mu (or Lemuria), the Atlantis of the Pacific Ocean. A great priest Rishi initiated the young officer into deciphering the sacred tablets stored in his temple. After 12 years of study and meditation, the author found evidence that these tablets told the story of humanity and constituted the ultimate traces of the first written language of man. After leaving India, he began searching for other concrete evidence of Mu's existence. However, it was the discoveries of archaeologist William Niven in Yucatan that would allow him to complete his work and reveal to the world the history of the vanished continent of Mu, the cradle of humanity.
