Název sbírky Pentimenti si Jitka Fialová vypůjčila z výtvarného umění. Znamená změnu záměru, posun původní představy. Pojítko s básní se přímo nabízí. A obraz je slovo, slovo obrazem, laskavému a trpělivému vnímateli se krajina slov ráda pozotvírá.
