Inspired by medieval books of hours, this collection of drawings aims to evoke contemplation, much like those illustrated religious texts once did for the illiterate. Originally, books of hours helped laypeople recite prayers and eventually became the primary source of private devotion for the wealthy and educated in the late Middle Ages. They allowed individuals to reflect on divine and personal matters in solitude. I hope that the drawings in your hands will similarly encourage introspection. As you engage with the images, I invite you to open your mind and soul to the ebb and flow of your thoughts, akin to how viewers of the past interacted with these illustrations. This experience may offer you a fresh perspective on the world, challenging conventional perceptions. The drawings, created in brief intervals, tell a visual story and can inspire creativity in the observer. You are encouraged to respond through your own texts or forms of expression, possibly leading to new interpretations. The collection is dynamic, arranged differently each time to suit the occasion. I plan to publish a series of books, each containing 60 pages, with each page representing a minute, and each book encapsulating an hour of unique moments.
