Focusing on the teaching of grammar in secondary education, this paper argues that the concept of CONSTITUENT enhances students' linguistic competence by clarifying the connection between syntax and semantics. It advocates for a reflexive, pedagogical, and implicit approach to grammar instruction. The research aims to promote a reflective model of teaching while providing practical examples of how this can be implemented.
