The investigation reveals a significant correlation between various aspects of school facilities management and the academic performance of Senior Secondary School students in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Utilizing a correlational research design, the study involved 153 school principals and 377 teachers across numerous schools. Key findings emphasize the importance of efficient planning, allocation, and maintenance of school facilities. Recommendations include improved government support for equipping schools and regular assessments by principals to identify and address facility needs, alongside timely funding from the Ministry of Education for maintenance.

Focusing on the implementation of personnel policies in Adamawa State's tertiary institutions, this study utilizes a descriptive survey design to assess job satisfaction among academic staff. Data was collected from 119 school administrators and 250 academic staff using specific questionnaires. Findings reveal a disparity in perceptions; while administrators rated the implementation of appointment, promotion, and remuneration policies positively, academic staff expressed low satisfaction regarding appointment and promotion policies, remaining neutral on remuneration.

Die Untersuchung beleuchtet die Wahrnehmung der institutionellen Personalpolitik und die Arbeitszufriedenheit des akademischen Personals in Adamawa. Durch eine deskriptive Umfrage unter 119 Schulverwaltern und 250 akademischen Mitarbeitern wurden deren Ansichten zur Umsetzung von Ernennungs-, Beförderungs- und Vergütungsrichtlinien erfasst. Während Schulverwaltungen die Umsetzung als hoch bewerten, äußert das akademische Personal eine niedrige Zufriedenheit bezüglich Ernennungs- und Beförderungsrichtlinien und eine neutrale Einschätzung der Vergütungsrichtlinien.

A pesquisa incluiu 119 administradores e 250 funcionários, revelando que os administradores consideram a implementação alta, enquanto o pessoal académico a avalia como baixa em promoção e neutra em remuneração.
