The investigation reveals a significant correlation between various aspects of school facilities management and the academic performance of Senior Secondary School students in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Utilizing a correlational research design, the study involved 153 school principals and 377 teachers across numerous schools. Key findings emphasize the importance of efficient planning, allocation, and maintenance of school facilities. Recommendations include improved government support for equipping schools and regular assessments by principals to identify and address facility needs, alongside timely funding from the Ministry of Education for maintenance.
