This 8 1/2" x 9" shrink-wrapped meditation workbook consists of text and sixteen channeled sacred geometry Glyphs or mandalas. Each Glyph works on an attribute of consciousness. It is an easy-to-follow "how to" guide to meditation. Each Glyph is accompanied by a page of interpretation or "expanded definition" AND is reproduced on a separate 8" x 8" card with the Glyph in black and gold on one side, its' expanded definition on the other. In addition, the seventy page workbook is divided into explanatory chapters of "WHAT" (origin and history of the Glyphs), "WHY" (benefits of using the Glyphs) and "HOW" (methods for using the Glyphs). The final chapter, "WORKING WITH THE GLYPHS" further explains how to select the appropriate Glyph, the amount of time required to work with a Glyph, how to keep a Glyph journal (pages provided at end of workbook), as well as additional benefits of using the Glyphs over time. It is a complete meditation package designed for those new to meditation as well as the seasoned mediator.
