Ten zločin sa volá „vojna“.Mrak si musí poradiť so zákernými darebákmi, ktorí mu idú po krku... a to hovoríme len o jeho spojencoch! Nepriateľ by mohol byť ešte horší. A asi nebude náhoda, že vreckový dezorganizér Mrakovi do dnešného zoznamu povinností pohotovo zaradil slovíčko „zomrieť“. To si však Mrak rozhodne nemôže dovoliť. Na bojisko sa totiž hrnie najgeniálnejší vynálezca i najprefíkanejší politik všetkých čias s malou zásielkou, ktorá isto-iste nastolí mier...
