Goldie can't stand Queensmead estate, it's dirty, bleak and what's worse, hostile. Just hours after she and her family have moved in there is a racist slogan emblazoned on a pillar outside her house,it doesn't take long before she comes to realize that the estate is torn between two gangs and Goldi's stuck in the middle-with no one on her side. That is until she meets Josh, and tries out for the band...Finally, Goldie's found somewhere she fits in, doing something she loves-singing. But she can't ingnore the violence that surrounds her, and when she finds herself a witness to a terrible crime she is faced with an awful dilemma.
