Montenegro - Ecological State, for many people represents an enigma. I trust and hope that after meeting this book there will be more of those who understand at least part of this great and noble idea which has been adopted on the soil of Montenegro. Since Montenegro, a small state in the south of the Balkans, is the first country in the world to announce it's intention to be and to develop itself as an Ecological State.
