Ralph „Sonny“ Barger, geboren 1938, lebt mit seiner Frau und seiner Tochter in der Nähe von Phoenix, Arizona. Er wird gern als technischer Berater bei der Produktion von Bikerfilmen engagiert und fährt Harley-Davidson immer noch jeden Tag.
