Stith Thompson Knihy

    Stith Thompson bol americký folklorista, ktorý sa preslávil svojím systematickým prístupom ku klasifikácii a katalogizácii ľudových rozprávok. Jeho práca položila základy pre pochopenie a štúdium ľudových príbehov po celom svete. Thompsonov odkaz žije v Aarne-Thompsonovom klasifikačnom systéme a jeho vlastnom moto-indexe, ktoré sú dodnes nenahraditeľnými nástrojmi pre bádateľov.
