Mit dem Kantionalsatz - der älteren Form des Choralsatzes - verbinden sich zum einen zahlreiche Komponisten des späten 16. und des 17. Jahrhunderts, unter ihnen Michael Praetorius, Melchior Vulpius, Hans Leo Haßler, Johann Hermann Schein und Johann Crüger; der Bogen spannt sich von Lucas Osiander (1586) bis Gottfried Vopelius (1682). Zum andern bietet der Kantionalsatz Einblicke in fundamentale Satztechniken, angefangen beim konsonanten Satz und dessen elementaren Voraussetzungen, vor allem den „Tafeln“, die eine grundlegende Satztechnik auch für weitere Bereiche wie den Harmoniesatz bieten. Den zentralen Kapiteln über Schlußbildung, Harmonik und Satzgestaltung schließen sich im zweiten Teil Dissonanzbehandlung und Chromatik als Erweiterungen des stilistischen Spektrums an. Den Abschluß bilden Analysen ausgewählter Sätze aus dem gesamten Zeitraum des Kantionalsatzes. Über 600 Notenbeispiele garantieren einen praxisbezogenen Lehrgang, der sich insbesondere für Schul- und Kirchenmusiker, Tonsetzer und Musikwissenschaftler empfiehlt, jedoch ebenso für Praktiker, Kenner und Liebhaber „Alter Musik“.

Konrad angeboten. Das Thema weckte bei uns Interesse, und so bildete sich bei der ersten Informations-veranstaltung die Gruppe C, bestehend aus Daniel Thomas, Johannes Clemm, Henner Spelsberg und Daniel Grünebaum. Aufgabe des Seminars war die Befragung von Unternehmen, die sich in den letzten Jahren durch ein stark überdurchschnittliches Wachstum auszeichneten. Der Prozess der Existenzgründung ist mittlerweile relativ umfassend erforscht, jedoch besteht ein Nachholbedarf für die der Unternehmensgründung folgenden Entwicklungsphasen. Es ist noch unbeantwortet geblieben, warum und wie es einigen Unternehmen gelingt, ihre Wachstumspotenziale voll auszuschöpfen und innerhalb kürzester Zeit Mitarbeiterzahl und Umsatz zu vervielfachen, anderer Unternehmen dagegen nicht wachsen oder sogar scheitern. Die Befragungen wurden anhand eines vorgegebenen Fragebogens durchgeführt und anschließend ausgewertet. In der folgenden Ausarbeitung stellen wir sowohl die Einblicke, die uns dieses Seminar in schnellwachsende Unternehmen gewährt hat, als auch die Ergebnisse der Erhebung vor. [...]
