This work includes a preface dedicated to the memories of Henry Honken, Mathias Schladt, and Jeffrey Steven Gruber, acknowledging their contributions. It features various contributions on topics related to Khoisan languages, including a plural prefix analysis in Kx’a, !Ui, and Taa by Chris Collins and Henry Honken, and a study of the vowel system of proto-Khoe by Edward D. Elderkin. Wilfrid Haacke presents a comparative tonology of serial verbs in Hai//om and #Aakhoe, while Bernd Heine and Christa König discuss typological features of hunter-gatherer languages and provide a grammatical sketch of the N3 dialect of the !Xun language. Other notable works include Blesswell Kure and Gertrud Boden's exploration of N!aqriaxe historical relations and memory culture, and Timothy K. Mathes's examination of click replacement in Tsua.
