    • The present work is an attempt to compile, to the extent possible, a complete bibliography of and on Diego Sánchez de Badajoz covering a period of almost five centuries (1530-2005). Although qualitatively there has been significant scholary activity, both editorial and critical, the number itself of contributions to the study of this dramatist remains rather modest. The bulk of editions and studies has appeared in the last five or six decades. The body of this bibliography is divided into three main sections: Editions and Adaptations, Translations, and Critical Studies. This volume includes also an index of scholars and translators and a subject index.

    • The present bibliography attempts to catalog the contributions to the study of Bartolomé de Torres Naharro of the last nearly five hundred years (1517-2003). Its corpus is divided into three principal parts: Editions and Adaptions, Translations, and Critical Studies.

This work attempts to list the scholarly contributions to the study of Gil Vicente produced between 2000 and 2005. The sheer pletora of contribution, both editorial and critical, which appeared in this five-year-period signals an ever growing interest in Gil Vicente. It is fair to say that such rate of publication on an international scale is unprecedented. True, this may have been precipitated, to a certain extent, by the celebration of the fifth centenary of Vicente’s dramatic début, but the same fast pace can be observed before and after 2002. The Bibliography includes translations into Czech, Dutch, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
