Focusing on the implementation of IT change and release management applications, this thesis investigates the effectiveness of various success factors in achieving successful workflows. Grounded in five hypotheses related to HR change management, the ITIL® reference model, and general process challenges, the research aims to identify key elements that contribute to successful application deployment. Through this analysis, the study seeks to enhance the quality of IT environments, providing valuable insights for IT managers.
