Initially, Jens Ziehe took photographs for newspapers and magazines and was considered to be a photographer of the newly emerging arts scene in Berlin in the 1990s. He now works for museums, galleries, private collections, artists' studios and other institutions.Out of his extensive photographic oeuvre, Ziehe shows artist portraits from more than 20 years, bordering lifestyle and magazine, photojournalism and classic portraiture, including Franz Ackermann, Monica Bonvicini, Olafur Eliasson, Valérie Favre, Dan Graham, Mike Nelson and Thomas Scheibitz.German text.
