The images in this book were taken over a weekend in Paris, November 1988, with the woman who later became Mrs Bedson. We wandered at will, there was no plan, this book reflects that original concept. I had possibly imagined myself as the newly arrived in Paris Robert Capa, Brassai or Doisneu and being students, we did not enter any attraction that demanded an entrance fee.
