Lebensqualität nach hoher tibialer Umstellungsosteotomie und der Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf das Outcome von Patienten mit Varusgonarthrose

In dieser zweijährigen prospektiven Verlaufsstudie wurde das funktionelle Outcome und die gesundheitsbezogene Lebensqualität (HRQOL) nach hoher tibialer Umstellungsosteotomie (HTO) untersucht. Insgesamt wurden 68 Patienten mit medialer Varusgonarthrose (VGA) eingeschlossen. Zudem wurde der Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf das Outcome untersucht. Anhand des PHQ-D wurde das Gesamtkollektiv dafür präoperativ in eine psychopathologisch auffällige (S1) bzw. unauffällige Subgruppe (S0) unterteilt. The purpose of this two-year prospective study was to monitor longitudinal changes in health-related quality of life (HRQOL), pain, knee function and return to work following high tibial osteotomy (HTO) for medial compartment osteoarthritis and to investigate the influences of psychopathological comorbidities on preoperative impairment and post-operative course.
