Building on MCEER's definition of resilience, it introduces the seven dimensions of Community Resilience, encapsulated in the acronym PEOPLES, covering aspects such as demographics, environmental factors, government services, infrastructure, community competence, economic development, and socio-cultural capital, along with relevant indices.
