Economic analyses in settings with different levels of data aggregation

Increasing data availability has drastically facilitated applied economic research over the last years. However, there remain settings where researchers are still unable to draw on comprehensive data. The author dedicates his analyses to such settings and examines current research questions from the fields of health and labor economics using aggregate and individual-level data.
