Explores the fear that many women have of speaking in public and professional situations, and gives insight and advice on combating speech inhibitions, specifically for women. Looks at particular forms fear of speaking can take, such as fear of saying the wrong thing, and gives an account of social and other factors that dissuade women from speaking out.
